Like you, I'll never get back the hours of my life or the money that I wasted doing meal prep Sunday with food I didn't want to eat by Tuesday. I have stuff to do, so I want meals to be prepped in under 10 minutes, maybe thrown into an appliance, and left to cook while I take care of more important things, like being a snack maid, laundry washer, and counter wiper.

In this guide, there are 35 pages with recipes and meal ideas that do not require you to stand at the stove and watch food get hot, because that's my least favorite part of cooking and a huge barrier for me! Honestly, if a meal plan calls for me to stand at the stove with a spatula for a half hour every night, I'm going to bail.

Instead of ordering DoorDash every day, we're finding a way. We're removing excuses, and this is how. I've found a LOT of foods I can eat that help me meet my protein goal and don't require me to waste what little free time I have standing at the stove!
